Popular sweetener for Tea & Beverages. Thes 10 Amber Caramel Rock Candy Crystals carry a slightly caramelized flavor and are the product of the further refining by recrystallization of pure, white cane sugar. To create the caramel flavor the white cane sugar was caramelized first and then blend with white sugar again before starting the recrystallization process. The white sticks are plain rock candy crystals.
Use these Sticks (ca. 5″ long) as your perfect sweetener for tea and other hot or cold beverages. Rock Candy Crystals are sweeter, cleaner and smoother then regular sugar. It soothes sore throats and is a pure nutritious confection. Content approx. 100g (3.5oz).

How Rock Candy is made: Hot, saturated pure cane sugar crystallizes on a web of strings in large tanks over a 7 day cooling period. The same process is used to crystallize Rock Candy on sticks. The harvest from the sides and bottom of the tanks become the loose crystals.
