Ingredients: Organically, grown, processed and handled Red Rooibos bush leaves from South Africa, citrus peels, and natural Citrus bergamia flavor.
Suggested Water Temperature: 212 F – Suggested Infusion Time: 8 Minutes.
Preparation: Bring fresh water to the boil. Warm up your tea pot by rinsing it with hot water. Fill one teaspoon per 6 oz cup of this Rooibos Tisane into the preheated tea pot or preferred cup. Pour the hot water into the tea. Let infuse up to 8 Minutes and serve. Remove infuser or pour your tea into another tea-pot or thermos carafe. Using an infuser or ‘Permanent Tea Filter’ for your cup or pot makes it easy to separate the leaves from the beverage after steeping.
Culinary notes: Because of its mild-fruity and lighter character this Rooibos Tisane is offered as a choice with pastry, lighter foods, vegetarian, Macrobiotic or vegetable recipes and special desserts including fruits, light cheese selections. Suitable as children’s and High Tea choice.

Notes: The Bergamot fruit originated and was cultivated in China until a couple of centuries ago. The major cultivation takes place these days in the southern countries of Europe like Italy and the South of France. The cleanest extracts and oils of the Citrus bergamia find their use in our teas, and are common in high-end fragrances and perfumes with a precious citrus note.
