Rare 2022 curly Tung Ting leaves covered with Panax ginseng | TeaFountain Superb Wulong Edition | The hand-shaped curly and large leaves of this ‘Monkey-picked’ Oolong Tung Ting are another ‘Champagne of the China Teas’. The delicate scent and flavor of these Fujian Province (Anxi County) Wulong grade leaves belong to the Premium selections of China Teas.

Outstanding flavor. Preferred by the tea-connoisseur as afternoon and ‘Dinner Tea’ choice.
To sweeten consider adding just a few White Rock Candy Crystals. To prepare this selection use hot, not boiling water, let infuse for 5 minutes before serving and, if desired, add hot water up to 3 times to the same leaves, allowing the tea to infuse a couple of minutes longer each time.   Theine (caffeine) content: Low | Gift Tin Packaging  (Reusable & Recyclable)

Water Temperature: 185 F – Infusion Time: 5 Minutes.

Ingredients: Semi-fermented & rolled Wulong Grade Green Oolong Tea leaves and Panax ginseng from China.

Preparation: Bring fresh water to the boil. Let it cool down for 2 minutes. Warm up tea-pot with hot water. Fill one teaspoon per 8 oz cup of the leaves into the tea-pot. Pour the hot water into the tea, allow to infuse for 5 Minutes and serve. Add more hot water if desired. Store cool, dark and dry.

General Info: Academic research shows that green and semi-fermented thea sinensis leaves are potent fat burners and help to prevent cancer and arteriosclerosis.
Precious leaves from the Fujian Province in China are also referred to as Wulong or Wu-Long Teas (named after Wu Liang who, as legend has it, started the semi-fermentation process of the ‘Black Dragon’ leaves).
