This Kuan Yin-Style Oolong (Fermentation period: approx. 20%) is also called 'Peach Tea' in China.
The slightly curled leaves will open into a flat, coarse Oolong Leaf Tea with a light, honey-colored infusion and flowery-mild flavor. Blended with Osmanthus blossoms that create its famous 'Peach touch' on the palate.
