1310 Prime China Green Tea LUNG CHING SUPREME
Price: $9.45

Supreme AA Grade / This Lung Ching Dragon's Well tea from the Zejiang Province in China with low-fired coarse leaves and tender tips is a special find. The mellow-sweet flavor with a nutty touch on the palate makes it a precious choice as a milder morning and afternoon tea. Jade infusion. Sensitive to the right infusion time. White Tea qualities.
Most customers like to prepare another infusion with the same leaves.
Theine (caffeine) content: Low / Gift Tin Packaging

Preparation: Bring fresh water to the boil. Let it cool down for 3 minutes. Warm up your tea pot by rinsing it with hot water. Fill one teaspoon per 6 oz cup of this Lung Ching tea into the preheated tea pot or preferred cup. Pour the hot water into the tea. Let infuse up to 3 Minutes and serve. Remove infuser or pour your tea into another tea-pot or thermos carafe. Using an infuser or 'Permanent Tea Filter' for your cup or pot makes it easy to separate the leaves from the beverage after steeping.

Culinary notes: Because of its pleasing fresh character this Lung Ching variety is a desired choice when served with white fish and vegetarian or vegetable recipies. In the dessert menu it is polular when offered with lighter French cheese selections and/or red fruits.
