The 'Tea Press' concept follows Italian designer Calimani's idea that lead in 1933 to the invention of the ingenius & convinient 'French Coffee Press'.
The loose Tea in the filter/infuser has enough space to unfold and fully infuse its flavor and desired strenght until the plunger is pushed down, thereby sealing the leaves or herbs in the base of the column. The brewing will be effictively halted, and the beverege throughout the teapot will remain at the chosen strenght.
The compact Scandinavian design of the ASSAM adds a modern touch to your tea accessories. The heat resistant glass body of the 'Tea Press' lets you enjoy the many colors of the tea selections.
