Rare Curly Leaf Infusion / TeaFountain Superb Wulong Edition / The curly large leaves of this Monkey-Picked-Style 'Milk Oolong Tung Ting' are another 'Champagne of the China Teas'. The delicate and intimate creamy scent and flavor of this Kinsen selection is created by gently adding the steam and vapor of cream to the drying leaves.
A gentle steaming and semi-fermentation process (approx. 10%) of this precious tea allows the external part of the leaf to ferment without changing its cores chemistry significantly. Light, jade-colored infusion.

To sweeten consider adding just a few White Rock Candy Crystals or our popular Oregon Tea Honeys # 88005. To prepare this selection use hot, not boiling water, let infuse for 3 minutes before serving and, if desired, add hot water up to 4 times to the same leaves, allowing the tea to infuse a couple of minutes longer each time.
