Nagri Estate 2009 / TeaFountain Darjeeling Superb Edition - This 'Nagri Second Flush Oolong' (Second Harvest / June through September) is a darker Amber Darjeeling Silver Tip Tea.
The processing of these leaves & tips allow the external part to ferment slow (ca. 20%) without changing its cores enzymes chemistry significantly.
Fruity-nutty flavor. High notes of peaches & olives, golden infusion. Excellent as an afternoon or dinner Tea. Use two tea spoons per 8oz cup.
To sweeten add just a few Rock Candy Crystals or our popular Oregon Tea Honeys # 88005. Add more hot water if desired.
