Kwai Flower Select / TeaFountain Custom Wulong Blend / This Kuan Yin-Style Oolong (Fermentation period: approx. 20%) is also called 'Peach Tea' in China.
The slightly curled leaves will open into a flat, coarse Oolong Leaf Tea with a light, honey-colored infusion and flowery-mild flavor. Blended with Osmanthus blossoms that create its famous 'Peach touch' on the palate.
Serve without milk or sweetener.

Precious leaves from the Fujian Province in China are also referred to as Wulong or Wu-Long Teas (named after Wu Liang who, as legend has it, started the semi-fermentation process of the 'Black Dragon' leaves).
