This organically grown and processed Moroccan 'Nana' Mint, actually known as 'Mentha spicata' or spearmint has a lower menthol content than peppermint. It is less of an irritant and therefore more suitable as a refreshing drink, hot or cold.
It is suitable in remedies for children and a favorite beverage in Morocco and the Middle East; served as a blend with Chinese Green Zhucha Perl Tea (TeaFountain 'Flavored Green Tea Le Touareg Nana'). Enjoy this 'Sweet Mint Tea' also as Iced Tea.
